Reflection for the poem INDISCRIMINATE SESTINA
I loved how the author described the different kinds of desserts and other food. The passage that said "My favorite ice cream is praline...pecans placed between layers of rich torte, covered in ooey, gooey marshmallow, drizzled with homemade caramel, addign steaming hot milk chocolate syrup, with fresh, shredded coconut." It gave a clear picture of what the ice cream looked like. I felt that Zona Lawrence did a great job of creating images in the audiences minds.

This is a nice light poem. Were you able to notice any of the patterns that make it a sestina? What do you think of the title?
omgosh when i read this poem i wanted to eat ice cream. i think im going to go buy some soon :)
You know the title reminded me of christina's name. sestina..christina. i know its random.
i liked the way everything was described, detailed yet simple and short.
